The cost of delivery within Ukraine via Nova Poshta ranges from approximately 60 to 120 UAH, depending on the weight, dimensions, and declared value of the order. You can calculate the exact shipping cost on the Nova Poshta website or contact our support team at customerservice@optimusgang.com.

Yes — we ship worldwide (except for temporarily occupied territories and the terrorist states of Russia and Belarus).

International shipping is usually carried out via express delivery through Nova Poshta. In some cases, standard international shipping through Ukrposhta is also available.

After the shipment leaves Ukraine, delivery is handled by customs authorities and the national postal service of the destination country.

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of successful payment.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email and a notification in the Nova Poshta app with the tracking number (for deliveries within Ukraine), or an email with a tracking number for international shipments.
