Shipping & Returns

Goods purchased from the OG store are shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of successful payment.

Delivery of goods purchased from the OG store is available throughout Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories) and worldwide.

Delivery to the so-called "Russia" and "Belarus" is not available and will never be available.

Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. Choose your preferred delivery method — branch pickup, parcel locker, or courier delivery to your address — during checkout. Delivery time is 1–3 business days. Additional information is available on the carrier's website.

After your order has been successfully shipped, you will receive an email and a notification in the Nova Poshta app with the tracking number.

Worldwide

Usually, international shipping is carried out via express delivery through Nova Poshta. In some cases, standard delivery through Ukrposhta is also available.

After the shipment leaves Ukraine, delivery is handled by customs authorities and the national postal service of the destination country.

Note: We can get backlogged during sale events and holidays which could delay the fulfillment.

Return terms and conditions

You may return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unworn and undamaged;
  • retain its original appearance, consumer properties, branded tags, factory seals, labels, and original packaging;
  • be accompanied by proof of payment (receipt, fiscal receipt, or bank statement extract).
