Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how to return or exchange goods purchased from Optimus Gang / OG (operated by Sole Proprietor MALYKHIN OLEKSANDR PAVLOVYCH, Tax ID: 3575106056). It is an integral part of our Public Offer and is to be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Return Window
1.1. You may return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them.
1.2. To be eligible for return, goods must:
- be unused and undamaged;
- retain their commercial appearance, consumer properties, brand tags, manufacturer’s seals, labels and original packaging;
- be accompanied by the payment document (receipt, invoice or bank-statement extract).
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
2.1. In accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19 March 1994, goods of proper quality from the following categories are not subject to exchange or return:
- corsetry products;
- gloves;
- underwear;
- hosiery products (socks, tights, etc.).
2.2. Final-sale items, gift cards and items marked as non-returnable on the product page are also non-refundable.
3. How to Start a Return
3.1. To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@optimusgang.com within the 14-day window with:
- your order number;
- the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return;
- a copy of the payment document.
3.2. We will reply with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not ship the item back before we confirm the return.
4. Return Shipping
4.1. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any customs fees, duties and taxes for international returns.
4.2. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
4.3. Domestic returns within Ukraine should be sent via LLC “Nova Poshta”. International returns should be sent via JSC “Ukrposhta” or a comparable carrier.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5.2. Refunds are issued no later than 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
5.3. The original delivery cost is non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.
5.4. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we issue it.
6. Exchanges
6.1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we process your return.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
7.1. We carefully inspect every order before shipping. Nevertheless, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt at customerservice@optimusgang.com, attaching photos and a description of the issue.
7.2. In the case of confirmed defects, you have the right, in accordance with the procedure and within the time limits established by Ukrainian consumer-protection law, to demand:
- a proportional reduction in the price;
- free elimination of the defects;
- reimbursement of expenses for elimination of the defects;
- replacement of the goods with goods of equivalent quality;
- termination of the contract and a full refund.
7.3. For confirmed defects we will cover the cost of return shipping.
8. Non-Delivery and Damaged Parcels
8.1. If your parcel is damaged on arrival, refuse the parcel where possible and contact us immediately. If you have already accepted a damaged parcel, photograph the packaging and contents and send the photos to customerservice@optimusgang.com within 24 hours.
8.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force-majeure events. Tracking issues should first be raised with the carrier; we will assist where we can.
9. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
9.1. If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full amount paid.
9.2. After shipment, the order can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the standard return procedure described above.
